Panic Attack Symptoms and Help for students

AS a person who faces Panic attack can never be pleasant, ever thought of the tough times for students who had have panic attack but is forced to go to school or any educational institutions?
No doubt, I had been thru all of these even today, since i am also a student. Not speaking about class presentations or any related, but panic attacks do occur anytime, anywhere in the classroom and that is simply absurd!

Tips on how to deal with it, particularly in class.
I understood in some circumstances, there will be times that you will be unwantedly bothered by some particular students or teachers, and that can nevertheless, worsen the situation even more. So how are we as the students gonnna deal with it?

1) Relax, and don't talk to yourself too much! (remember this point)

2) Priority first. Should you ever have panic attack in class, just close your eyes and repeat the first step.

3) Give some time for your own. If going to the class gives you so much pressure, go to the toilet or somewhere where you can have your own "fresh air" and have some quiet moment alone.

4) Talk to your teachers and friends about it. Show solid evidence if they think this is a made up.

5) Stay close with your closed ones, as their supports are essential in your development.
